Jose A: Fix Backpack Vertx please

Middle compartment gets stuck with zippers and is tearing apart, disappointed because that happened in one or two hours from transferring my gear from old backpack into this brand new VERTX Ready 2.0 Pack, only by opening and closing, I got it in the mail today. If Vertx fixes that issue, the bag is worth every single penny, because is a great EDC backpack
