Shannon: The zipper gets caught constantly

The zipper gets stuck constantly slide to the design. There is excess material on top I m assuming for asthetics . Other than that, there is a nice slot inside for a laptop, and it s roomy enough to carry several books as well. I would give it 5 stars except for the zipper because it s frustrating.
