ReaderWriter: Great item, except for the opening...

Don t get me wrong, I love this pack--except for the opening to the main compartment. It s so small it severely limits the usefulness for me. Also, some of the zipper pockets such as the pouch I planned to use to store my phone, are too small, Also, it wasn t clear to me that this is a half-pack.
