LM: Returning. Kipling does not offer free return shipping.

Arrived on time. The bag itself was beautiful, however it didn t meet my needs. Come to find out Kipling does not offer free return shipping. I requested a return shipping label from Kipling as a courtesy, and they declined. In the future I would order from Zappos instead.
