Amazon Customer: I thought it was good but last month I heard a crack sound so ...

When I bought the coaster sofa bed white order no 1086942393-2541033. . I thought it was good but last month I heard a crack sound so me and my friend turned the sofa to find the source . We saw crack on the left wood inbetween two steel legs . We checked everything and found that left wood was cracked and glued by manufacturer from the beginning . They hid the crack with lots of wood glue. And it cracked on the previous crack as one left wood panel was rotten. Rest of the wood is ok. It is unfortunate that supplier cheated me. I need Amazon to take action on this . I will add photos to prove this . Look forward to follow up from Amazon .
