This is my second Annex Bag. Nothing happened to the first one, I just wanted a second color. The bag is a perfect size for traveling or hiking. I use mine manly for travel with the family. There s lots of pockets for various kids snacks and toys. But has a nice padded space for my macbook and iPad. When not with the fam, it comes in nice when I m snowboarding or hiking. The construction is quality and the perfect size.
