Nika Schwertner: Adidas has the WORST lifetime warranty

Brought this backpack for my daughter, a month and a half into using it. The strap starts to rip, so I contact Adidas and ask about their LIfetime Warranty. For them to honor their lifetime warranty, you have to first send back the damaged backpack so they can inspect it and them will send you are replacement.
